On behalf of this community, Activated Insights engaged residents and their families in monthly interviews throughout 2024. These conversations included open-ended questions and rating across various categories, and we used this feedback to drive continuous improvement in care.

Lake Ridge is owned and operated by Cassia. As a nonprofit, Cassia’s mission is to foster fullness of life for older adults in the spirit of Christ’s love.
